Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of unforgettablecar.net (the "Service"), run by Unforgettable Car ("we", "us"). If you sign in or make a video, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service does

Unforgettable Car turns one photo of a person and one car (a car from our lot, or a photo of your own) into a short AI video that follows the "Unforgettable" car-reveal clip. The video is rendered by a third-party AI video model. Results vary from render to render, and we can't promise that a video will look exactly like your photo or your car.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You need to be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for anything done through your account, so keep your Google login secure.

Photos you upload

You may only upload:

• photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to appear in a generated video;
• photos of cars you are allowed to use, such as your own car or a car you photographed yourself.

Don't upload photos of children without a parent's or guardian's consent. Don't use the Service to impersonate anyone, to suggest that a real person owns or endorses something they don't, or to create content that harasses, defames, sexualises or deceives. We may remove videos and close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

Credits, plans and refunds

Videos are paid for with credits. The generator shows how many credits one video costs before you start.

• Video packs are one-time purchases. Pack credits don't expire.
• Plans renew every month or year until you cancel. Each month, including each month of a yearly plan, the plan's credits are added to your balance, and credits left from the previous month expire. You can cancel or switch plans from your billing settings; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars, and your bank may convert them. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

If a render fails, the credits for that video go back to your balance automatically. Because every render costs us real compute, a payment can't be refunded once any of its credits have been used. If we do refund a payment, the unused credits it added are removed from your balance.

The videos you make

As far as we are able to, we give you the rights we have in the videos you generate, and you can download and share them. You are responsible for where and how you share them.

Videos follow the format, setting and soundtrack of a viral clip. Unforgettable Car is an independent tool and isn't affiliated with the creators of that clip, with the owners of its music, or with any car maker. Car names on this site are our own descriptions, not brands. Platforms such as TikTok, Instagram or YouTube may apply their own rules to videos that use commercial music.

Things you must not do

• Try to get around credit charges, rate limits or account limits.
• Scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Upload malware or files that are not images.
• Resell access to the Service, or use it to build a competing service.
• Use it for anything illegal.

Availability

We run the Service "as is" and "as available". It can be slow, unavailable, or change without notice, and the AI model behind it can change. We don't give any warranty beyond what the law requires.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting your account removes your photos and videos. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date at the top of this page before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
