Privacy Policy
What Unforgettable Car collects when you sign in, upload a photo and buy credits, who processes it, and how to delete it.
This policy explains what personal data unforgettablecar.net ("Unforgettable Car", "we") handles, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need to make your video and run your account.
What we collect
From Google sign-in. Your name, email address and profile picture, which Google shares with us when you sign in. We never see your Google password.
What you upload. The photo of the person and, if you use your own car, the photo of the car. Photos are resized in your browser before upload.
What you make. The videos rendered for you, with their settings (car, format, status) and the date.
Purchases. Which pack or plan you bought, the amount and the date. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
Usage and technical data. Pages visited, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to keep the Service working and to see which channels bring visitors.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account and credit balance.
- To send your photos to the AI video model, render your video and store the result.
- To take payments and handle refunds.
- To answer messages you send through the contact form.
- To prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people find and use the site.
We don't sell your data and we don't use your photos to train AI models.
Who processes it
We share data only with the services that run the product:
- Google, for sign-in.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, its database and the storage for photos and videos.
- The AI video provider (kie.ai or Replicate, running the Seedance model), which receives your photos and returns the render.
- Stripe, for payments.
- Our email provider, to deliver replies to support messages.
- Analytics tools, if enabled, which receive usage data.
Some of these providers process data outside your country. They are bound by their own terms and data protection commitments.
Your photos and videos
Photos and videos are stored in private storage under a random job ID. A video can be opened by anyone who has its link, so share links with care. When you delete your account, we delete your photos and videos from our storage. The AI provider keeps inputs and outputs only as long as its own retention policy allows.
How long we keep data
Account data stays while your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. You can delete your account yourself from your settings. For anything else, write to us through the contact page. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service isn't for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
